A Program of the Austin Recovery Network
Keystone APG’s mission is to be the keystone in the process of youth and their families building their new life in recovery.
Keystone is an Austin Alternative Peer Group dedicated to providing long-lasting support and success to adolescents and their families looking for relief from the effects of drugs and alcohol abuse. Our vision is to try to create lifelong bonds between the teen clients and amongst the parents as well. We strongly believe that the parents need just as much support as the kids, which is why we offer support groups for the adolescents and their parents. The most important thing for us is that we want to help young people and their families to rebuild and grow together as a unit.
As of February 28th, Keystone APG, Austin Recovery, and University High School came together officially to create The Austin Recovery Network to offer recovery services and community supports for individuals and families experiencing challenges with alcohol and other drugs. This effort will change the way substance use disorders are addressed in our community and allow us to more efficiently and effectively provide services across the lifespan by way of a full nonlinear continuum of care for substance use and recovery. We are a program of a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization.
